2012 Palos Verdes homes sales for the Eastview RPV neighborhood decreased from 2011 – 42 single family homes sold in 2012 compared to 56 in 2011. Price per square foot for Eastview RPV houses that sold in 2012 increased 1.5% to $358 compared from $353 in 2011. Average sales price for Eastview RPV homes sold in 2012 was $650,883 compared to $653,225 in 2011. The most expensive home sold for $880,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $426,000.
Currently, the Eastview RPV neighborhood has 6 active Palos Verdes homes for sale. There is one condo/townhome for $629,000 with 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1,156 square foot home, and 5 single family homes ranging from $599,900 for a 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1,409 square foot home to $925,000 for a 5 bedroom/3 bath, 2.522 square foot home.
