Palos Verdes homes owners will enjoy the new 2016-2017 season of the Palos Verdes Performing Arts series.  This is the 34th year that the Palos Verdes Performing Arts Conservatory (formerly Norris Theatre, Harylne J. Norris Pavillion, Norris Education Department) is presenting their season of mixed performances.  They will be featuring top name entertainment with musicians, theater entertainers and our own local talent.  Below are just a few of the special performances in the 2016-2017 series:

The 3 Play Series will include Young Frankenstein which is performing from September 23 until October 9, 2016, Nunsense will be performed from January 20 – 29, 2017, and The Music Man will run from April 21 – May 7, 2017.

The Presents Series includes The Las Vegas Variety Spectacular on October 22, 2016, 1776 In Concert on November 11 & 12, 2016, A Big Band Christmas featuring the Gene Krupa Tribute Orchestra on December 11, 2016, Four By Four a tribute to the music of the Beach Boys, Beatles, Bee Gees and Motown on January 14, 2017, The Texas Tenors on March 11, 2017 The Step Crew brings three forms of exhilarating dance on April 1, 2017, Tribute To The Hollywood Icons with tributes to Barbara Streisand, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Lucille Ball, George Burns and Tom Jones will take place on May 20, 2017.

Cabaret Jazz can be enjoyed on November 6, 2016, with Banu Gibson and Hot Jazz, Inc; on January 15, 2017, with Casey MacGill with Mood Indigo and Friends; on March 19, 2017, with Yve Evans and Company; and May 21, 2017, with the High Street Band.

Chamber Orchestra performances can be enjoyed on October 16, 2016, with Steven Lin; on November 13, 2016, with the Outstanding COSB Musicians; on March 12, 2017, with Martin Chalifour; and on April 8, 2017, with Itamor Zorman.

SouthBay Live Presents classic rocker and Grammy nominee Eddie Money on November 4, 2016.
