Palos Verdes Botanic Garden Fall Tai Chi & Yoga In The Garden
Palos Verdes homes owners have a wonderful opportunity to participate in the fall exercise classes at the South Coast Botanic Garden. The Gardens are offering Tai Chi in the Garden and Yoga in the Garden starting in September. Classes will be held at the Koi Pond or Cornish Courtyard which gives the opportunity to exercise in a natural setting instead of a studio environment. You will feel the peace and energy of the Gardens around you. The pace of these classes are appropriate for most individuals.
Tai Chi in the Garden, will be taught by Angie Sierra on Saturdays beginning September 10th and continuing on September 24, October 1, 8, 15, 22, November 5 & 19, 2016, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. This class is a great way to release tension, help to increase your balance and feel completely relaxed. Anyone can learn Tai Chi – any age, all levels of fitness are welcome. This class series is $75 members/$90 non-members, and drop ins are $10 members/$12 non-members.
