Neighborhood Church 2016 Christmas Pageant
The Neighborhood Church will celebrate the holiday season with its annual Christmas Pageant on Sunday, December 11, 2016, at 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. This is a wonderful opportunity for residents to enjoy an evening together watching children and adults performing in various scenes which depict the story of the First Christmas (including live animals). The prelude is set in the sanctuary of this beautifully decorated Church which overlooks the ocean. The Covenant Hand-bell Choir and the Neighborhood Brass Rings will perform followed by a short service and the singing of Christmas Carols. Then, you can walk through the Church’s cliff-side grounds and witness living tableaux depicting scenes from the Christmas story.
This event is The Neighborhood Church’s gift to the community. Admission is free and no tickets are required. It usually draws large crowds, so it helps to go early and dress warmly. This year, there will not be a holiday boutique.
