Palos Verdes Bulky Trash & E-Waste Special Collection Pick Up Soon!
Palos Verdes Estates Bulky Trash Pick Up is approaching and this year it has been expanded to provide E-Waste pick up at the same time. This popular curbside event is scheduled for Saturday, September 23, 2017. This is the only time during the year that Palos Verdes homes owners can have large items removed from their property if left curbside for pickup. The City’s waste hauler will pick up furniture, appliances, water heaters, refrigerators (compressors removed), stoves, sinks, lawn furniture, doors, windows, screens, mattresses, beds and rugs.
E-Waste items such as TVs, DVD layers, radios, printers, computer monitors and microwave items will also be accepted. They will not pick up construction waste, green waste, automotive fluids, pool chemicals and cleaning products. However, you may contact Athens Service directly if you have construction waste that you need to have removed at any time by ordering a temporary debris container. Items to be picked up on September 23, 2017, should be placed at curbside no later than 6:00 a.m., otherwise they may not be picked up.
