Neighborhood Church’s 61st Annual Yule Parlor & Tea
The Neighborhood Church will celebrate the holiday season with its 61st Annual Yule Parlor on Friday and Saturday, December 1, & 2, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This will be a festive event with “Tea by the Sea” a Christmas Tea where you will enjoy tea, sandwiches and cookies while listening to music. The patio is prepared for outdoor seating if weather permits and you can visit the holiday boutiques which are steps away.
The church choir will be singing Christmas music and the Covenant Handbell Choir will be performing as you stroll through the festive holiday boutiques. There will be a Bake Shop with homemade goodies such as breads, pastries, cookies and candies wrapped for gift giving; a Yule Shop with hand crafted items and lots of ornaments for your Christmas tree; plus a Vintage Shop which contains treasures including jewelry, lead crystal, clothing and antique furniture discovered in local attics and always contains some fabulous “finds.” Afterwards, take a minute and enjoy refreshments and homemade treats while you gaze at the breathtaking ocean views.
While there make sure you take a self-guided tour of the 1927 Mediterranean estate built on the ocean bluffs of Malaga Cove.
Pre-event tickets are $25 per guest, and if you wait till the day of the event they will be $30. Checks should be mailed before November 25, 2017, and payable to Women’s Fellowship with Yule Parlor on the memo line. The Neighborhood Church is located at 415 Paseo del Mar in Palos Verdes Estates.
