2018 Palos Verdes homes sales for Crest decreased to 26 single family homes sold compared to 31 in 2017.  Price per square foot for Crest  houses that sold in 2018 increased to $554 compared from $514 in 2017, a 7.7% increase.  Average sales price for Crest homes sold in 2018 was $1,342,692 compared to $1,321,613 in 2017.  The most expensive home sold for $1,950,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $965,000.
