2016 Palos Verdes homes sales for the Valmonte neighborhood decreased to 39 single family homes sold compared to 52 in 2015.  Price per square foot for Valmonte houses that sold in 2016 increased to $738 compared from $656 in 2015, a 12.4% increase.  Average sales price for Valmonte homes sold in 2016 was $1,643,963 compared to $1,517,617 in 2015.  The most expensive home sold for $3,050,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $917,000.

Currently, Valmonte has 6 active Palos Verdes homes for sale.  There are 6 single family homes ranging in price from $1,299,000 for a 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1,717 square foot home, to $2,799,000 for a 4 bedroom/4 bath, 3,747 square foot home.  There are no condo/townhomes for sale in this area.

2016 Palos Verdes homes sales for the Malaga Cove neighborhood increased to 28 single family homes sold compared to 20 in 2015.  Price per square foot for Malaga Cove houses that sold in 2016 increased to $958 compared from $794 in 2015, a 20.7% increase.  Average sales price for Malaga Cove homes sold in 2016 was $3,336,789 compared to $2,821,850 in 2015.  The most expensive home sold for $11,950,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $1,438,600.

Currently, Malaga Cove has 20 active Palos Verdes homes for sale.  There are 19 single family homes ranging in price from $1,550,000 for a 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1,671 square foot home, to $26,680,000 for a 5 bedroom/6 bath, 8,847 square foot home.  There is 1 condo/townhome for sale at $1,695,000 for a 3 bedroom/4 bath, 2,940 square foot home.

2016 Palos Verdes homes sales for Monte Malaga neighborhood decreased to 27 single family homes sold compared to 32 in 2015.  Price per square foot for Monte Malaga houses that sold in 2016 decreased to $671 compared from $763 in 2015, a 12.1% decrease.  Average sales price for Monte Malaga homes sold in 2016 was $2,383,167 compared to $3,024,372 in 2015.  The most expensive home sold for $6,150,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $1,085,000.

Currently, Monte Malaga has 13 active Palos Verdes homes for sale.  There are 13 single family homes ranging in price from $1,650,000 for a 4 bedroom/3 bath, 2,285 square foot home, to $14,900,000 for a 7 bedroom/10 bath, 11,000 square foot home.  There are no condo/townhomes for sale at this time.

2016 Palos Verdes homes sales for Lunada Bay/Margate neighborhood decreased to 71 single family homes sold compared to 88 in 2015.  Price per square foot for Lunada Bay/Margate houses that sold in 2016 increased to $686 compared from $661 in 2015, a 3.8% increase.  Average sales price for Lunada Bay/Margate homes sold in 2016 was $2,023,390 compared to $2,165,443 in 2015.  The most expensive home sold for $4,525,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $900,000.

Currently, Lunada Bay/Margate has 17 active Palos Verdes homes for sale.
