The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes houses for April to date is $1,254,950 which is down from last month when we had several high end homes close escrow.
In April 2011 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes home sold for $3,000,000 in the Monte Malaga area of Palos Verdes Estates; it was a 2,224 square foot home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on a 39,090 square foot lot with stunning Queen’s Necklace ocean/coastline views. The lowest priced Palos Verdes home sold in the Eastview area of Rancho Palos Verdes; it was a 2,366 square foot single family home with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths on a 6,590 square foot lot.
We currently have 249 active single family Palos Verdes homes for sale priced between $699,000 in Rancho Palos Verdes and $12,800,000 in Rolling Hills (the low in Eastview is $569,000).
