Palos Verdes homes sales in the Malaga Cove neighborhood for the first half of 2021 increased to 14 single family homes sold in 2021 compared to 5 in 2020.  Price per square foot for Malaga Cove houses that sold in the first half of 2021 increased to $975 from $683 in 2020, a 42.8% increase.  Average sales price for Malaga Cove homes sold in the first half of 2021 increased to $3,217,548 in 2021, compared to $2,877,271 in 2020.  The most expensive Palos Verdes home sale in the Malaga Cove neighborhood was $9,200,000 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sale in the Malaga Cove neighborhood was $1,635,000.

Currently, the Malaga Cove neighborhood has 6 Palos Verdes homes for sale.  There are 5 single family homes for sale ranging in price from $2,998,000 for a 4 bedroom/4 bath, 2,911 square foot home, to $14,850,000 for a 5 bedroom/7 bath, 10,000 square foot home.  There is 1 condo/townhome for sale and is a 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1,300 square foot condo for $1,049,000.

Palos Verdes homes sales in the Monte Malaga neighborhood for the first half of 2021 increased to 26 single family homes sold in 2021 compared to 6 in 2020.  Price per square foot for Monte Malaga houses that sold in the first half of 2021 increased to $854 from $688 in 2020, a 24.1% increase.  Average sales price for Monte Malaga homes sold in the first half of 2021 increased to $3,216,856 in 2021 compared to $2,177,333 in 2020.  The most expensive Palos Verdes home sale in the Monte Malaga neighborhood was $9,250,000 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sale in the Monte Malaga neighborhood was $1,500,000.

Currently, the Monte Malaga neighborhood has 9 Palos Verdes homes for sale.  There are 9 single family homes for sale ranging in price from $1,599,950 for a 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1,749 square foot home, to $10,900,000 for a 6 bedroom/9 bath, 10,207 square foot home.  There are no condo/townhomes for sale in this area.

Palos Verdes homes sales in the Lunada Bay/Margate neighborhood for the first half of 2021 increased to 32 single family homes sold in 2021 compared to 19 in 2020.  Price per square foot for Lunada Bay/Margate houses that sold in the first half of 2021 increased to $794 from $758 in 2019, a 4.8% increase.  Average sales price for Lunada Bay/Margate homes sold in the first half of 2021 decreased to $2,498,968 in 2021 compared to $2,515,450 in 2020.  The most expensive Palos Verdes home sale in the Lunada Bay/Margate neighborhood was $4,780,000 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sale in the Lunada Bay/Margate neighborhood was $1,550,000.

Currently, the Lunada Bay/Margate neighborhood has 16 Palos Verdes homes for sale.  There are 16 single family homes for sale ranging in price from $1,490,000 for a 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1,720 square foot home, to $19,995,000 for a 5 bedroom/9 bath, 11,049 square foot home.  There are no condo/townhomes for sale at this time.
