Price per square foot for Silver Spur houses that sold in 2018 increased to $681 compared from $637 in 2017, a 7.0% increase.  Average sales price for Silver Spur homes sold in 2018 was $1,255,779 compared to $1,140,044 in 2017.  The most expensive home sold for $3,580,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $850,000.

Currently, Silver Spur has 10 active Palos Verdes homes for sale.  There are 10 single family homes ranging in price from $1,065,000 for a 3 bedroom/3 bath,1,318 square foot home, to $1,499,000 for a 4 bedroom/3 bath, 2,650 square foot home.  There are no condo/townhomes for sale in this area.

2018 Palos Verdes homes sales for Peninsula Center stayed the same at 26 single family homes sold in both 2018 and 2017.  Price per square foot for Peninsula Center houses that sold in 2018 increased to $600 compared from $597 in 2017, a 0.5% increase.  Average sales price for Peninsula Center homes sold in 2018 was $1,324,552 compared to $1,242,398 in 2017.  The most expensive home sold for $1,650,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $1,000,000.

2018 Palos Verdes homes sales for Crest decreased to 26 single family homes sold compared to 31 in 2017.  Price per square foot for Crest  houses that sold in 2018 increased to $554 compared from $514 in 2017, a 7.7% increase.  Average sales price for Crest homes sold in 2018 was $1,342,692 compared to $1,321,613 in 2017.  The most expensive home sold for $1,950,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $965,000.

Currently, Crest has 16 active Palos Verdes homes for sale.  There are 3 single family homes ranging in price from $1,295,000 for a 4 bedroom/3 bath, 2,634 square foot home, to $1,398,999 for a 4 bedroom/4 bath, 2,995 square foot home.  There are 13 condo/townhomes ranging in price from $618,000 for a 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1,071 square foot condo/townhome, to $1,100,000 for a 2 bedroom/3 bath, 2,332 square foot condo/townhome.
