2019 Palos Verdes homes sales for Silver Spur decreased to 61 single family homes sold compared to 63 in 2018.  Price per square foot for Silver Spur houses that sold in 2019 increased to $689 compared from $682 in 2018, a 1.0% increase.  Average sales price for Silver Spur homes sold in 2019 was $1,222,128 compared to $1,254,497 in 2018.  The most expensive home sold for $1,740,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $900.000.
