2020 Palos Verdes homes sales for the Malaga Cove neighborhood decreased to 19 single family homes sold compared to 26 in 2019.  Price per square foot for Malaga Cove houses that sold in 2020 decreased to $815 compared from $839 in 2019, a 2.8% decrease.  Average sales price for Malaga Cove homes sold in 2020 was $3,242,966 compared to $2,978,188 in 2019.  The most expensive home sold for $10,430,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $1,290,000.
