Currently, Valmonte has 6 active Palos Verdes homes for sale. There are 6 single family homes ranging in price from $1,499,000 for a 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1,540 square foot home, to $4,950,000 for a 6 bedroom/8 bath, 5,000 square foot home.  There are no condo/townhomes for sale in this area.

2019 Palos Verdes homes sales for the Malaga Cove neighborhood increased to 26 single family homes sold compared to 20 in 2019.  Price per square foot for Malaga Cove houses that sold in 2019 decreased to $839 compared from $850 in 2018, a -1.2% decrease.  Average sales price for Malaga Cove homes sold in 2019 was $2,978,188 compared to $2,853,256 in 2018.  The most expensive home sold for $14,100,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $1,250,000.

Currently, Malaga Cove has 9 active Palos Verdes homes for sale.
