Palos Verdes real estate sales March 2026 for Palos Verdes homes increased compared February 2025. 44 Palos Verdes houses sold in March compared to 23 homes in February and increased from the 41 homes that sold in March 2025. There were 55 Palos Verdes single family homes pending in March which increased from the 41 homes pending in February. The number of active Palos Verdes homes for sale in March (120) increased from the 105 homes for sale in February.
Average sales price for Palos Verdes homes sold in March decreased to $2,174,000 compared to $2,348,000 in February and decreased from March 2025 at $2,318,000. Price per square foot for Palos Verdes houses that sold/closed escrow in March increased to $846 from $838 in February. Average days on market in March was 60 days which increased from the 59 days in February. Months of inventory (months it would take to sell existing inventory at the current rate of sale) was 2.7 months in March which decreased from the 4.6 months in February for Palos Verdes homes for sale. A “normal” or balanced market is considered 3 to 6 months of inventory (less than 3 months is a seller’s market and more than 6 months is a buyer’s market). Currently, there are 126 single family Palos Verdes homes for sale. 61 Palos Verdes houses are in escrow (35 homes have pending sales and 26 homes are active under contract). Additionally, 12 homes have sold/closed escrow in the first 10 days of March.
