Palos Verdes real estate sales April 2026 for Palos Verdes homes increased compared March 2025. 51 Palos Verdes houses sold in April compared to 44 homes in March and increased from the 49 homes that sold in April 2025. There were 52 Palos Verdes single family homes pending in April which decreased from the 53 homes pending in March. The number of active Palos Verdes homes for sale in April (150) increased from the 120homes for sale in March.
Average sales price for Palos Verdes homes sold in April increased to $2,906,000 compared to $2,174,000 in March and increased from April 2025 at $2,185,000. Price per square foot for Palos Verdes houses that sold/closed escrow in April increased to $900 from $846 in March. Average days on market in April was 48 days which decreased from the 60 days in March. Months of inventory (months it would take to sell existing inventory at the current rate of sale) was 2.9 months in April which increased from the 2.7 months in March for Palos Verdes homes for sale. A “normal” or balanced market is considered 3 to 6 months of inventory (less than 3 months is a seller’s market and more than 6 months is a buyer’s market). Currently, there are 160 single family Palos Verdes homes for sale. 60 Palos Verdes houses are in escrow (36 homes have pending sales and 24 homes are active under contract). Additionally, 12 homes have sold/closed escrow in the first 8 days of April at an average sales price of $4,122,417.
