There were 36 homes on the June 7, 2011 Palos Verdes real estate Broker’s tour. It was impossible to see them all in two hours but I was able to view 13 homes today. We currently have 285 single family Palos Verdes homes or sale ranging in price from $700,000 in Rancho Palos Verdes 90275 to $12,000,000 also in Rancho Palos Verdes 90275 (the low in Eastview is $549,900). There are 73 Palos Verdes townhomes for sale between $159,000 and $2,495,000. My favorite Palos Verdes houses on tour today were:
