There were 21 homes on the April 24, 2012, Palos Verdes real estate Broker’s Tour and I was able to see 10 homes today. Most of these were new listings. We currently have 182 single family Palos Verdes homes for sale ranging in price from $280,000 in Rancho Palos Verdes 90275 (This is a 663 square foot commercial building on a 1312 square foot residential lot) to $12,950,000 in Rolling Hills 90274 (the low in Eastview is $529,000).
