There were 15 homes on the June 26, 2012, Palos Verdes real estate Broker’s Tour. Most of them were new listings and I was able to see 10 today. We currently have 197 single family Palos Verdes homes for sale ranging in price from $259,000 in Rancho Palos Verdes 90275 (This is a 663 square foot commercial building on a 1312 square foot residential lot) to $12,950,000 in Rolling Hills 90274 (the low in Eastview is $589,000).
