Sales for Palos Verdes real estate single family homes in the first 22 days of March 2013 are an astounding 51 homes! That is the same as all of March 2012 and higher than first 22 days of last month (35). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from March 1st to date is $1,303,696 which is up from last month’s average of $1,282,286 for this same time period.
In March 2013 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes home sold for $3,760,000 in the city of Rolling Hills. This property sold “off market” and there is not too much information about it. It was remodeled like a new home with an open floor plan and was a high end remodel. The home has 3,800 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 4 baths on a 48,288 square foot lot. The lowest priced Palos Verdes home sold to date in March for $810,000 and is located in the Palos Verdes Drive East neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes; this home has 1,375 square feet, 2 bedrooms and 3 baths on a 11,405 square foot lot.
