As I did last year, I thought it would be fun to go through the 2013 Top Tuesday Tour Tips for Palos Verdes real estate and pick my favorites, tell you why and give you an update on those Palos Verdes Homes.

This magnificent Lunada Pointe estate sits high on the bluff overlooking the ocean with Catalina to Malibu views and features a gourmet kitchen, luxury master suite, guest house and pool/spa. This property is currently for sale, listed at $7,600,000; it was withdrawn from the market in May and has been back on the market since November.

This fabulous Oceanfront Estate features panoramic ocean/coastline/Catalina views, an incredible top of the line kitchen, home theater, massage room w/sauna and an incredible award winning backyard w/pool. This property is currently in escrow at a reduced listing price of $7,500,000. Lily Liang (Peninsula Sotheby’s Int’l Realty) and Gary Elminoufi’s 824 Via Del Monte, Palos Verdes Estates 90274 is a 5 bedroom, 7 bath, 8,853 square foot home for $6,500,000. This incredible Malaga Cove home features Queen’s necklace/ocean views, multiple courtyards and outdoor entertaining spaces, a separate guest house and both an indoor & outdoor pool. This property is currently for sale, listed at $4,995,000. It sold and was in escrow in October but fell out of escrow and is back on the market.
