Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 18 days of December 2014 are 21 homes which is down from the 26 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 18 days of November and from the first 18 days of December 2013 (29). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from December 1st to date is $1,615,107 which is a decrease from last month’s average of $1,847,596 for this same time period and an increase from the $1,437,319 last December.
In December 2014 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes home sold for $3,500,000 and is located in the La Cresta neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes and has 6 bedrooms, 6 baths and 7,560 square feet on a 20,630 square foot lot.
