Favorite 2014 Palos Verdes Homes For Sale
Here are my favorite Palos Verdes homes in 2014 taken from my weekly articles reviewing new homes for sale that were on the Broker’s Tour. I have also included an update on those homes to let you know if they have sold and at what price.
Pamela Lieb’s (RE/MAX Estate Properties) 2709 Via Elevado, Palos Verdes Estates 90274 (above left) is a 6 bedroom, 6 bath, 4,709 square foot home for $3,300,000. This 1933 classical historical Malaga Cove Mediterranean style home known as “The Hideaway” features the charm of a bygone ear, ocean views, a butler’s pantry, 2 reading areas, a 200 square foot loggia and pool/spa. This property came on the market in late April and sold/closed escrow for full price at $3,300,000 in late May. Anna Randall’s (Coldwell Banker-PV/Beach Cities and now with RE/MAX Estate Properties) 6490 Sea Cove Drive, Rancho Palos Verdes 90275 (above right) is a 5 bedroom, 7 bath, 7,200 square foot home for $4,800,000. This fabulous bluff top Palos Verdes Drive South home features panoramic unobstructed ocean views, stylishly remodeled kitchen, elevator, pool/spa, putting green & sand vollleyball court. This home was listed in late February and sold/closed escrow for $4,680,000 in late May.
Carolyn Ro’s (RE/MAX Estate Properties) 29 Via Del Cielo, Rancho Palos Verdes 90275 (above left) is a 6 bedroom, 7 bath, 7,889 square foot home for $7,280,000. This fabulous Mediterranean-style custom built Oceanfront home features breathtaking panoramic ocean views, a chef’s kitchen w/butler pantry, a library, a guest house and an infinity pool. This home was originally listed in early May and sold/closed escrow in late December for $6,330,000. Chris Adlam’s (Vista Sotheby’s Int’l Realty) 2828 Via Neve, Palos Verdes Estates 90274 (above right) is a 5 bedroom, 6 bath, 5,894 square foot home for $4,995,000. This spectacular new construction in Lunada Bay features ocean views, a sumptuous master suite w/2 walk in closets, a home theater, a resort-like salt water pool & spa, swim up bar and pool pavilion w/built-in barbecue. This home came on the market in early October and is currently still available for sale.
