Mid March 2015 Palos Verdes Home Sales
Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 19 days of March 2015 are 28 homes which is a slight increase from the 27 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 19 days of February and the first 19 days of March 2014 (26). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from March 1st to date is $1,554,564 which is a decrease from last month’s average of $1,973,944 for this same time period and from the $1,632,381 last March.
In March 2015 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes home sold for $4,137,500 and is located in the City of Rolling Hills and has 6 bedrooms, 5 baths and 4,547 square feet on a 51,480 square foot lot.
