Mid December 2015 Palos Verdes Home Sales
Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 22 days of December 2015 are 46 homes which is an increase from the 31 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 22 days November and from the first 22 days of December 2014 (26). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from December 1st to date is $1,554,144 which is a decrease from last month’s average of $1,700,484 for this same time period and a decrease from the $1,589,323 last December.
In December 2015 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes home sold for $5,200,000 and is located in the Lunada Bay neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates and has 5 bedrooms, 6 baths and 6,571 square feet on a 19,445 square foot lot. This magnificent custom build Spanish villa located across from the ocean bluffs features ocean views, en suite bedrooms, high vaulted ceilings, master suite w/sitting area, an enormous kitchen, wine cellar, and a pool/spa. The lowest priced Palos Verdes home sold to date in December for $840,000 and is located in the Palos Verdes Drive East neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes; this home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and 1,250 square feet on a 8,160 square foot lot.
