Palos Verdes homes sales in the Monte Malaga neighborhood for the first half of 2016 increased to 13 single family homes sold in 2016 compared to 12 in 2015. Price per square foot for Monte Malaga houses that sold in the first half of 2016 decreased to $674 from $855 in 2015, a 21.1% decrease. Average sales price for Monte Malaga homes sold in the first half of 2016 decreased to $2,001,962 in 2016 compared to $3,345,917 in 2015. The most expensive Palos Verdes home sale in the Monte Malaga neighborhood was $4,450,000 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sale in the Monte Malaga neighborhood was $1,085,000.
Currently, the Monte Malaga neighborhood has 17 Palos Verdes homes for sale. There are 17 single family homes for sale ranging in price from $1,958,000 for a 4 bedroom/4 bath, 2,963 square foot home, to $10,900,000 for a 7 bedroom/11 bath, 18,227 square foot home. There are no condo/townhomes for sale in this area.
