Mid March 2017 Palos Verdes Home Sales
Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 22 days of March 2017 are 30 homes which is a slight decrease from the 31 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 22 days February and a decrease from first 22 days of March 2016 (35). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from March 1st to date is $1,584,625 which is an decrease from last month’s average of $1,901,668 for this same time period and a decrease from $1,720,302 last March.
In March 2017 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes home sold for $3,180,000 and is located in the Monte Malaga neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates and has 5 bedrooms, 6 baths and 4,556 square feet on a 16,833 square lot.
