Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 20 days of April 2017 are 31 homes which is an increase from the 27 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 20 days March and a decrease from first 20 days of April 2016 (42). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from April 1st to date is $1,769,390 which is an increase from last month’s average of $1,593,824 for this same time period and an increase from $1,626,406 last April.
In April 2017 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes home sold for $3,700,000 and is located in the Monte Malaga neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates and has 3 bedrooms, 4 baths and 4,090 square feet on a 23,454 square lot. This stunning home features ocean/city views, a chef’s dream kitchen, a 698 square foot guest house, an outdoor entertaining area with a cozy fireplace, and a pool/spa. The lowest priced Palos Verdes home sold to date in April for $920,000 and is located in the Monticell0 neighborhood of Rolling Hills Estates; this home was a bankruptcy/land value sale and has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and 2,356 square feet on a 16,877 square foot lot.
