(It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from September 1st to date is $1,694,614 which is an increase from last month’s average of $1,561,860 for this same time period and an increase from $1,616,932 last September.
In September 2017 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes home sold for $6,000,000 and is located in the Lunada Bay neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates and has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and 2,815 square feet on a 18,691 square lot. This beautiful home is located right at the ocean bluff and has a pool; all other specifics have been removed from the MLS. The lowest priced Palos Verdes home sold to date in September for $959,000 and is located in the Palos Verdes Drive East neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes; this home has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,885 square feet on a 11,902 square foot lot.
