Mid December 2017 Palos Verdes Home Sales
Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 19 days of December 2017 are 31 homes which is an increase from the 27 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 19 days November and a decrease from first 19 days of December 2016 (50). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from December 1st to date is $1,823,605 which is an increase from last month’s average of $1,759,593 for this same time period and an increase from $1,734,530 last December.
In December 2017 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes home sold for $4,950,000 and is located in the Monte Malaga neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates and has 5 bedrooms, 7 baths and 6,900 square feet on a 24,195 square foot lot. This gorgeous Santa Barbara style estate features stunning ocean/city views, a gourmet kitchen, wine cellar, media room, a fabulous master site w/full office and a pool/spa. The lowest priced Palos Verdes home sold to date in December for $1,050,000 and is located in the Crest neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes; this home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and 2,374 square feet on a 8,211 square foot lot.
