Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 17 days of December 2018 are 19 homes which is a decrease from the 21 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 17 days of November and a decrease from first 17 days of December 2017 (28). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from December 1st to date is $1,919,276 which is a decrease from last month’s average of $1,993,567 for this same time period and an increase from $1,720,241 last December.
In December 2018 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes home sold for $3,300,000 and is located in the Portuguese Bend neighborhood and has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and 3,565 square feet on a 3/4 acre lot.
