Mid March 2019 Palos Verdes Home Sales
Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 18 days of March 2019 are 32 homes which is an increase from the 19 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 18 days of February and an increase from first 18 days of March 2018 (22). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from March 1st to date is $1,729,814 which is an increase from last month’s average of $1,512,743 for this same time period and an increase from $1,629,804 last March.
In March 2019 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes home sold for $4,185,335 and is located at the Residences of Rolling Hills Country Club in the Palos Verdes Drive North neighborhood and has 4 bedrooms, 5 baths and 4,740 square feet on a 12,174 square foot lot. This beautiful brand new construction features incredible city/golf course views, a gorgeous master suite, a fabulous top of the line kitchen, bonus room w/balcony, two laundry rooms (one on each floor), and guest suite/ofice. The lowest priced Palos Verdes homes sold to date in March for $1,026,000 and is located in the Silver Spur neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,394 square feet on a 7,649 square foot lot.
