Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 19 days of April 2019 are 24 homes which is a decrease from the 38 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 19 days of March and a decrease from first 19 days of April 2018 (39). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from April 1st to date is $1,905,410 which is an increase from last month’s average of $1,772,606 for this same time period and an increase from $1,737,6554 last April.
In April 2019 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes home sold for $4,300,000 and is located at Oceanfront Estates in the West Palos Verdes neighborhood and has 6 bedrooms, 8 baths and 7,841 square feet on a 32,304 square foot lot. This palatial home features ocean/Catalina views, top of the line chef’s kitchen, 2,000 square foot master suite, great room w/wet bar, elevator, wine cellar, detached 600 sq ft guest house and sparkling pool/spa. The lowest priced Palos Verdes homes sold to date in April for $900,000 and is located in the Palos Verdes Drive North neighborhood of Rolling Hills Estates and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,656 square feet on a 15,007 square foot lot.
