Palos Verdes homes sales in the Monte Malaga neighborhood for the first half of 2019 increased to 18 single family homes sold in 2019 compared to 17 in 2018.  Price per square foot for Monte Malaga houses that sold in the first half of 2019 increased to $708 from $685 in 2018, a 3.3% increase.  Average sales price for Monte Malaga homes sold in the first half of 2019 decreased to $2,426,678 in 2019 compared to $2,747,934 in 2018.  The most expensive Palos Verdes home sale in the Monte Malaga neighborhood was $4,758,000 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sale in the Monte Malaga neighborhood was $1,250,000.

Currently, the Monte Malaga neighborhood has 18 Palos Verdes homes for sale.  There are 18 single family homes for sale ranging in price from $1,375,000 for a 4 bedroom/3 bath, 2,273 square foot home, to $10,900,000 for a 5 bedroom/8 bath, 7,105 square foot home.  There are no condo/townhomes for sale in this area at this time.
