Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 19 days of September 2019 are 32 homes which is a decrease from the 44 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 19 days of August and an increase from the first 19 days of September 2018 (29). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from September 1st to September 19th is $1,592,727 which is a decrease from last month’s average of $1,921,770 for this same time period and an decrease from $1,931,121 last September.
In September 2019 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes homes sold for $4,800,000 and is located in the Malaga Cove neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates and had 4 bedrooms, 6 baths, and 5,152 square feet on a 14,502 square foot lot.
