Mid December 2019 Palos Verdes Home Sales
Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 19 days of December 2019 are 38 homes which is a decrease from the 43 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 19 days of November and an increase from the first 19 days of December 2018 (26). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from December 1st to December 19th is $1,743,397 which is an increase from last month’s average of $1,530,285 for this same time period and a decrease from $1,850,452 last December.
In December 2019 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes homes sold for $3,900,000 and is located in the Monte Malaga neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates and had 5 bedrooms, 6 baths, and 6,539 square feet on a 16,708 square foot lot. This sophisticated 2016 built home features incredible city and peek-a-boo ocean views, beautiful chef’s kitchen, secluded master suite w/fireplace & sitting area, spacious family room, recreation/play room, 3-level elevator, and sparkling pool/spa. The lowest priced Palos Verdes homes sold December 2019 to date for $985,000 and is located in the Palos Verdes Drive East neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2,143 square feet on a 14,685 square foot lot.
