Mid February 2020 Palos Verdes Home Sales
Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 21 days of February 2020 are 26 homes which is an increase from the 25 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 21 days of January and an increase from the first 21 days of February 2019 (24). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from February 1st to February 21st is $1,803,848 which is an increase from last month’s average of $1,779,222 for this same time period and an increase from $1,546,547 last February.
In February 2020 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes homes sold for $6,484,799 and is located in the Palos Verdes Drive South neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes and had 6 bedrooms, 7 baths, and 8,061 square feet on a 31,407 square foot lot. This beautifully renovated ocean front bluff property features unobstructed panoramic ocean & Catalina views, top of the line gourmet kitchen w/2 center islands, enormous master suite w/sitting area, library/office, re-imagined pool, and huge park-like backyard. The lowest priced Palos Verdes homes sold February 2020 to date for $1,200,000 and is located in the Silver Spur neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes and features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and 1,390 square feet on a 9,513 square foot lot.
