Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 22 days of June 2020 are 37 homes which is a increase from the 26 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 22 days of May and a decrease from the first 22 days of June 2019 (40). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from June 1st to June 22rd is $1,715,749 which is a decrease from last month’s average of $2,002,646 for this same time period and a decrease from $1,928,493 last June.
In June 2020 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes homes sold for $4,200,000 and is located in the Silver Spur neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes and had 4 bedrooms, 6 baths, and 5,159 square feet on a 23,271 square foot lot. This gorgeous newly constructed home features panoramic ocean/Queen’s Necklace, city/harbor views, double kitchens (one on each floor), large entertaining barbecue kitchen, a workout gym suite, and infinity pool. The lowest priced Palos Verdes homes sold June 2020 to date for $1,200,000 and is located in the Valmonte neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,559 square feet on a 6,679 square foot lot.
