Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 21 days of September 2020 are 54 homes which is exactly the same as the 54 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 21 days of August and an increase from the first 21 days of September 2019 (37). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from September 1st to September 21st is $2,524,615 which is an increase from last month’s average of $1,966,338 for this same time period and an increase from $1,650,197 last September.
In September 2020 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes homes sold for $9,800,000 and is located in the Monte Malaga neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates, and had 5 bedrooms, 8 baths, and 9,017 square feet on a 34,118 square foot lot. This exceptional estate features spectacular ocean/coastline/Queen’s necklace/mountain views, office, theater, library, wine cellar, tennis court, pool/jacuzzi. The lowest priced Palos Verdes homes sold September 2020 to date for $1,230,000 and is located in the Silver Spur neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes and features 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,538 square feet on a 8,401 square foot lot.
