Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 23 days of November 2020 are 49 homes which is a decrease from the 51 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 23 days of October and an decrease from the first 23 days of November 2019 (53). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from November 1st to November 23rd is $1,944,559 which is a decrease from last month’s average of $1,994,886 for this same time period and an increase from $1,615,046 last November.
