Mid February 2021 Palos Verdes Home Sales
Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 19 days of February 2021 are 32 homes which is an increase from the 28 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 19 days of January and an increase from the first 19 days of February 2020 (22). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from February 1st to February 19th is $2,437,453 which is an increase from last month’s average of $2,130,395 for this same time period and a decrease from $1,741,434 last February.
In February 2021 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes homes sold for $11,100,000 and is located in the City of Rolling Hills and had 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, and 13,000 square feet on almost 5 acres. This exquisite private estate features gorgeous ocean/Catalina/city lights views, massive chef’s kitchen, separate butler’s pantry room, 2 inspiring owner’s suites w/gigantic bathroom retreats, and large wrap around pond w/waterfall & babbling brook. The lowest priced Palos Verdes homes sold February 2021 to date for $1,000,000 and is located in the Silver Spur neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,430 square feet on a 7,703 square foot lot.
