Mid April 2021 Palos Verdes Home Sales
Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 22 days of April 2021 are 52 homes which is an increase from the 48 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 22 days of March and an increase from the first 22 days of April 2020 (31). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from April 1st to April 22nd is $2,354,829 which is an increase from last month’s average of $2,188,033 for this same time period and an increase from $1,923,985 last April.
In April 2021 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes homes sold for $7,800,000 and is located in the Palos Verdes Drive South neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes and had 6 bedrooms, 7 baths, and 7,895 square feet on a 72,452 square foot lot. This unbelievable bluff-top estate features exquisite panoramic ocean/Catalina views, large owner’s suite w/ocean views & sitting area, designer kitchen w/large center island & eating area, office, pool/jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, fire pit and fabulous gardens. The lowest priced Palos Verdes home sold April 1, 2021 to date for $1,300,000 and is located in the Silver Spur neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,580 square feet on a 7,802 square foot lot.
