Mid June 2021 Palos Verdes Home Sales
Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 24 days of June 2021 are 62 homes which is an decrease from the 68 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 24 days of May and an increase from the first 24 days of June 2020 (44). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from June 1st to June 24th is $2,125,000 which is an increase from last month’s average of $1,955,000 for this same time period and an increase from $1,437,500 last June.
In June 2021 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes homes sold for $16,680,000 and is located in the City of Rolling Hills and had 5 bedrooms, 9 baths, and 8,900 square feet on a 10+ acre lot. This 2020 built Hacienda del Prado compound features panoramic ocean/Catalina views, expansive owner’s suite w/private terrace, fabulous kitchen w/La Cornue Chateau range, office, 1,000 square foot basement, luxury barn/paddock/riding arena/tack room, tennis court, and pool/spa. The lowest priced Palos Verdes home sold June 1, 2021 to date for $1,338,000 and is located in the Silver Spur neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates and features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and 2,016 square feet on a 7,205 square foot lot.
