Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 24 days of September 2021 are 82 homes which is an increase from the 66 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 24 days of August and an increase from the first 24 days of September 2020 (60). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from September 1st to date is $2,498,051 which is a decrease from last month’s average of $2,648,470 for this same time period and an increase from $2,447,237 last September.
In September 2021 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes homes sold for $8,950,000 and is located in Oceanfront Estates and had 6 bedrooms, 7 baths, and 8,000 square feet on a 28,048 lot. This luxurious Mediterranean style home features sweeping ocean/city views, large owner’s suite with/separate sitting area, game room, formal dining room, customized movie theatre, elevator, and 4-car garage, and professionally landscaped grounds. The lowest priced Palos Verdes home sold September 1, 2021 to date for $1,190,000 and is located in the Palos Verdes Drive North neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes and features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and 1,512 square feet on a 12,768 square foot lot.
