Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 22 days of February 2022 are 35 homes which is an increase from the 30 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 22 days of January and an increase from the first 22 days of February 2021 (33). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from February 1st to 22nd is $2,708,171 which is an increase from last month’s average of $2,355,147 for this same time period and an increase from $2,412,712 last February.
February 1st to 22nd, 2022, the highest priced Palos Verdes homes sold for $5,150,000 and is located in the City of Rolling Hills and had 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, and 4,277 square feet on a 115,554 square foot lot. This idyllic retreat features a romantic primary bedroom suite w/luxurious bathroom, gracious family room w/vaulted beam ceilings, office, majestic grounds (with meandering pathways, charming gazebo, pool, spa, tennis court & viewing pavilion) and 6-car garage. The lowest priced Palos Verdes home sold February 1st to February 22nd for $1,550,000 and is located in the Silver Spur neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,662 square feet on a 12,353 square foot lot.
