Palos Verdes homes sales in the La Cresta neighborhood for the first half of 2022 decreased to 16 single family homes sold in 2022 compared to 18 in 2021.  Price per square foot for La Cresta houses that sold in the first half of 2022 increased to $901 from $670 in 2021, a 34.5% increase.  Average sales price for La Cresta Palos Verdes homes sold in the first half of 2022 increased to $3,335,938 compared to $2,545,578 in 2021.  The most expensive Palos Verdes home sale in La Cresta was $4,420,000 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sale in the La Cresta neighborhood was $1,860,000.

Currently, the La Cresta neighborhood has 6 Palos Verdes homes for sale.  There are 6 single family homes for sale ranging in price from $1,950,000 for a 3 bedroom/4 bath, 2,546 square foot home, to $4,500,000 for a 5 bedroom/5 bath, 4,678 square foot home.  There are no condo/townhomes for sale at this time.
