Price per square foot for Crest houses that sold in the first half of 2022 increased to $900 from $712 in 2021, a 26.5% increase. Average sales price for Crest homes sold in the first half of 2022 increased to $2,355,438 in 2022 compared to $1,755,073 in 2021.  The most expensive Palos Verdes home sale in Crest was $3,055,250 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sale in the Crest neighborhood was $1,600,000.
