Average sales price for Monte Malaga homes sold in the first half of 2024 increased to $4,571,983 in 2024 compared to $4,353,629 in 2023. The most expensive Palos Verdes home sale in the Monte Malaga neighborhood was $10,600,000 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sale in the Monte Malaga neighborhood was $2,168,200.
Currently, the Monte Malaga neighborhood has 10 Palos Verdes homes for sale ranging in price from $2,750,000 for a 3 bedroom/2 bath, 2,368 square foot home, to $9,880,000 for a 6 bedroom/8 bath, 8,610 square foot home. There are no condo/townhomes for sale in this area.
