Average sales price for Monte Malaga homes sold in the first half of 2025 decreased to $3,176,400 in 2025 compared to $4,571,983 in 2024. The most expensive Palos Verdes home sale in the Monte Malaga neighborhood was $5,000,000 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sale in the Monte Malaga neighborhood was $1,749,000.
Currently, the Monte Malaga neighborhood has 16 Palos Verdes homes for sale ranging in price from $1,995,000 for a 4 bedroom/3 bath, 2,779 square foot home, to $38,888,000 for a 13 bedroom/20 bath, 34,142 square foot home. There are no condo/townhomes for sale in this area.
