Average sales price for Monte Malaga homes sold in the first half of 2026 increased to $3,655,900 in 2026 compared to $3,176,400 in 2025. The most expensive Palos Verdes home sale in the Monte Malaga neighborhood was $6,550,000 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sale in the Monte Malaga neighborhood was $2,283,950.
Currently, the Monte Malaga neighborhood has 14 Palos Verdes homes for sale ranging in price from $3,458,000 for a 4 bedroom/4 bath, 3,445 square foot home, to $28,888,000 for a 13 bedroom/20 bath, 34,142 square foot home. There are no condo/townhomes for sale in this area.
