Red pylons have adorned the Bluff Cove area of Palos Verdes Drive West for so long that I actually don't see them anymore. The repairs to the road above Bluff Cove are scheduled to finally begin October 26 and the City of Palos Verdes Estates hopes to have it completed by Christmas 2009.
