Palos Verdes real estate area 175 is known as Peninsula Center, and is located in the cities of Rancho Palos Verdes and Rolling Hills Estates. Multiple listing service area 175 is bordered by Hawthorne Boulevard to the north, Indian Peak Road to the west and Crenshaw Boulevard to the south.

The Promenade has a courtyard, which is a popular gathering place because of its pop up fountain in the center which is a hit with children during the summer, and is home to a large Christmas tree and has holiday activities during December.
The Norris Theatre is located just adjacent to the Promenade. The Norris Theatre is the only theater in Palos Verdes which offers live shows, musicals, ballets, symphonies and other entertainment.
